Easy Sunday run with a few pickups - 7 miles

Went back to the Brooks. Definitely felt a little pain coming back to the knee. Weird as I felt like the gait was fairly on. I wonder if I just run more naturally with less cushion. Maybe the cushion makes me more lazy? Maybe the knee would hurt regardless of the shoes. Anyway, the run was good overall. Ran the first 1 and a quarter alone and then met Bryan. Did a full Mesa with a full Harper. Did some small pickups of under 2 minutes throughout the run. Felt good to pick it up.
