Pacing for the Marathon

Basically, the marathon/pacing calculators are fairly off for predicting marathon finishing times. A more conservative estimate puts the marathon finishing time at 5X10K time. This equates to a finishing time of 3:44 for me since I finished the 08 BB in 41:32. This is pretty close to my time of 3:49 this year at Denver...much closer to the predicted 3:25 from Mcmillan. I feel a bit better now....
